Qwen-Image-Layered: Open-Source Layered Image Generation Similar to Photoshop

Qwen-Image-Layered is a model that produces physically separated RGBA layers with native editability. This allows backgrounds, objects, text, and effects to be delivered as separate layers that can be edited without disrupting the composition in standard editing tools. Another feature is structure control via prompts: users can explicitly specify 3 to 10 layers, ranging from large layouts to detailed elements, and drill down into nested layers. This approach is useful for production workflows in design, advertising, and product graphics, enabling faster version adjustments, variation creation, and brand consistency.

The model, code, and weights are available at the provided links, along with a demo, detailed blog, technical report, and related resources.
